4. Content Ownership and License
Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content for operational purposes related to recruitment services.

5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not misuse the Platform, including but not limited to posting misleading information, engaging in discriminatory practices, harvesting data, spamming, or attempting to disrupt system integrity.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of data necessary to provide recruitment services.
